Why Now
We are living through a time of strategic historical erasure. This isn’t accidental. It is intentional, coordinated, and systemic. Foundational African American history—icons like Jackie Robinson, Justice Thurgood Marshall, the Harlem Hellfighters, the Buffalo Soldiers, and the legendary Tuskegee Airmen—is being scrubbed from public archives, including the Arlington National Cemetery’s website. Government records are disappearing. Our stories are being deliberately silenced. They truly are committed to making Black Excellence “INVISIBLE.”
They are not trying to turn back the clock to 1950. Their goal is 1850.
Why Archons?
EARNED
Archons, you were invited into Sigma Pi Phi because of who you are and what you have accomplished. If you were not exceptional in intelligence, perseverance and dignity you would not be here.
Every Archon who has participated in the UN-ERASE-ABLE™ Project has at first, hesitated. Archons’ have traditionally embodied the essential attributes of quiet dignity and discretion. Moreover, their successful professional journey bore the intensely personal and painful scars of rejection, discrimination and out-right hatred.
OWNED
The joy, pride, knowledge, and ownership of successive accomplishments, in spite of all the obstacles, setbacks, deliberate misdirections, challenges, structural racism barriers, is the core of the UN-ERASE-ABLE™ Project.
Your triumphs set a standard. Your struggles fueled your strength. You are an Archon of intelligence, dignity, selflessness, and purpose. What you have accomplished is a powerful affirmation and acknowledgement of your worthiness.
